2. OUR SERVICES

Redomiciled provides tailored support for international structuring, tax optimization, and

global residency strategies. Services include:

• Strategic Consultation: Overview of over 45 jurisdictions and possible structuring

options, based on your goals and circumstances.

• Bespoke Advisory: Tailored recommendations for company formation, tax residency,

banking, and citizenship planning.

• Implementation Support: Coordination with trusted professionals banks, lawyers, tax

advisors, and service providers to help execute your structure.

Redomiciled acts as your central point of contact throughout the process.

3. HOW WE WORK

• We leverage an experienced internal team and a vetted network of over 170 partners

worldwide.

• All recommendations are based on experience and jurisdictional knowledge, but should

be reviewed with local professionals where necessary.

• You retain final responsibility for your legal, tax, and financial decisions.

• Any third-party services are offered by independent, licensed professionals. We

coordinate introductions but cannot guarantee outcomes or approvals (e.g. bank accounts,

residency permits).

4. FEES & ENGAGEMENT

An engagement fee (invoiced separately) confirms the start of our work together.

This is a commitment fee, not limited to a set number of sessions, and includes strategic

planning, ongoing coordination, and access to our network as needed.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all personal, financial, and business information shared during this engagement as

confidential. Such information will only be shared with relevant third parties on a need-to-

know basis and with your awareness.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our role is to guide, connect, and coordinate—not to provide legal, tax, or investment

advice. We do not act as a regulated advisor, and we do not guarantee results delivered by

third parties. Clients are responsible for due diligence and compliance in their home and

operating jurisdictions.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
