2. OUR SERVICES

Redomiciled provides a high-touch, concierge-style service designed to support clients in structuring their international footprint with clarity, efficiency, and discretion.


Our services include:


• Strategic Consultation

A comprehensive overview of 45+ jurisdictions, with clear, tailored guidance aligned to your personal and business objectives.


• Bespoke Structuring Advisory

Thoughtfully designed recommendations covering company formation, tax residency, banking solutions, and citizenship planning—customized to your specific circumstances.


• End-to-End Implementation Support

We oversee and coordinate the execution of your structure by engaging trusted local professionals, including legal advisors, tax specialists, banks, and corporate service providers in the relevant jurisdictions.


Throughout the engagement, Redomiciled acts as your central point of coordination, ensuring a seamless, well-managed process across all parties involved.

3. HOW WE WORK

We combine an experienced in-house team with a curated global network of over 170 vetted partners across key jurisdictions.


Where specialized or regulated advice is required, we engage qualified, licensed professionals on the ground, ensuring that all jurisdiction-specific legal and tax matters are handled appropriately.


Our role is to orchestrate and streamline the process on your behalf, maintaining alignment between all stakeholders and minimizing complexity.


While we provide guidance and coordination at every stage, certain outcomes (such as bank account approvals or residency determinations) remain subject to third-party review and regulatory processes.

4. FEES & ENGAGEMENT

An engagement fee (invoiced separately) is required to initiate services and confirms the commencement of our collaboration.


This fee:


• Covers initial strategic planning and ongoing advisory support

• Includes coordination across relevant jurisdictions and service providers

• Provides access to our global network and resources


The engagement fee is non-refundable, reflecting the allocation of time, expertise, and infrastructure to your engagement.


5. CONFIDENTIALITY

We operate with a high standard of discretion and professionalism.


All personal, financial, and business information shared during the course of this engagement will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to relevant parties where necessary to advance your objectives and with your awareness.

6. IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON OUR ROLE

Redomiciled provides a coordinated, advisory-led service model designed to ensure that each aspect of your structure is handled with the appropriate level of expertise.


Redomiciled is not a law firm, tax advisory firm, or regulated investment advisor.


However, we work in close coordination with qualified, licensed tax advisors, legal professionals, and other regulated specialists in each relevant jurisdiction.


Accordingly:


Redomiciled oversees and manages the engagement to ensure that the appropriate local expertise is engaged at each stage of the process


Clients benefit from access to a carefully selected network of professionals providing jurisdiction-specific advice and services


We maintain oversight and coordination across all parties to deliver a cohesive, efficient, and well-executed outcome


This structure allows clients to benefit from both centralized coordination and localized expertise, ensuring that all technical, legal, and tax considerations are addressed to a professional standard.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While Redomiciled exercises care in selecting partners and coordinating services:

Third-party services are delivered by independent professionals, and outcomes (including approvals, timelines, and regulatory decisions) cannot be guaranteed

Redomiciled does not assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, or advice of third-party providers

Clients remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their relevant jurisdictions

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, both Parties confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this Agreement.
